079.004B Palladium Coated Float - 15x13cm

A brilliant, shiny silver-effect metallic float glass. COE 82. Size 150 x 130 x 3mm.

The precious metal (palladium) coating needs to be fired to smooth and fix at approximately 850 degrees C - it is advised you fire a small test piece first to achieve the best result possible from your kiln. The coating should be fired "sunny side up", as covering the coating will destroy it.

Firing at higher temperatures will produce a decorative crackle effect - again it is advised you fire a small test piece first.
