Pistol-grip Cutter for Thick Glass

The Pistol-grip Cutter for thick glass is an automatic oil-feed cutter featuring a handle engineered to provide greater leverage with less effort. The Pistol-grip utilizes Toyo`s new spring-controlled lubrication system to provide a smoother oil flow and a more positive shutt-off.

Lubrication: While scoring, the oil fill cap should be opened 1/2 turn to improve oil flow.
For lubrication, it is recommended to use a very light oil susch as kerosene or a synthetic lubricant such as CG Special Cutting Oil. As with all self-oiling cutters, the first use requires priming the oil system by depressing the cutting head several times until oil reaches the wheel. or, the head may be removed and the valve depressed manually until oil flows smoothly.
