Course Terms & Conditions

Reservation
For telephone bookings we require one-third deposit before your place on the course is guaranteed.

Application
Your application is binding. Should you wish to cancel within 21 days of the course date and no substitute can be found we reserve the right to retain your deposit.

Cancellation
In the unlikely event that a course should not attract a viable number of students up to 14 days before the due date, Creative Glass retain the right to cancel the course and return any deposits paid to the respective students.

Confirmation
You will receive written confirmation and a list of tools and equipment to bring along. Also you will receive an invoice for any balance of your payment if you have not paid the amount already. Any balance payment is payable before the start of the course. Credit card payment may be made by phone.

Fees
Include VAT, all materials used excluding tools, and meals and light refreshments during course hours.
