Pistol-grip Cutter for Thick Glass

The Pistol-grip Cutter for thick glass is an automatic oil-fed cutter featuring a handle engineered to provide greater leverage with less effort. The Pistol-grip utilizes Toyo`s new spring-controlled lubrication system to provide a smoother oil flow and a more positive shut-off.

Lubrication: While scoring, the oil fill cap should be opened 1/2 turn to improve oil flow. For lubrication, it is recommended to use a very light oil or a synthetic lubricant such as our Special Cutting Oil (see product 900.206/7). As with all self-oiling cutters, the first use requires priming the oil system by depressing the cutting head several times until oil reaches the wheel or, the head may be removed and the valve depressed manually until oil flows smoothly.

Suitable for cutting glass between 6mm and 19mm thick.  Ideally used with the TOYO Power Breaker tool for thick glass (our product 201.921).
