Mirror Holder Self Adhesive (100 x 100 x 1 mm),

Hang your glasswork simply and easily with this self-adhesive mirror hanger. Set consists of one zinc-plated mounting plate with self-adhesive backing and 2 foam standoff pads. A single plate is suitable for mirrors/glasswork up to 0.4m², 6mm thick and up to 4kg.

Strong Xtramount® mirror adhesive backing tape ensures mirrors and fused glass can be hung easily in standard humidity environments.

To affix, ensure the mirror/glass is free from any contaminants such as oil and dust by cleaning with denatured alcohol to ensure a good strong bond is achieved. After drying with a clean cloth, remove the backing paper and apply the plate to your glass with firm even pressure.

Optimum bonding is achieved when both the hanger and the mirror are at a temperature of +18 °C as a minimum and the bond is allowed to mature for at least 30 minutes prior to hanging.

Not suitable for use with mirror backing/splinter protection or similar.

For larger work up to 0.8m², max 6 mm thick, and 12kg – 2 mounting plates may be used, but they should be evenly spaced across the width to ensure uniform load distribution.
