It is an ultra pure, iron-free product, the hardest (Mohs 9) of all the different types of alumina and is a non-toxic and non-hazardous product that contains no free silica. No special disposal precautions are required for the product after it has been used for sand blasting.

Ideal for blasting glassware and other materials where surface cleanliness is important.
